The mission is to provide inner-city children with an opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of different sporting disciplines. In addition, the organization will focus on building leadership skills, promoting academic excellence, and community development and service.

What is the 50/50 Initiative?

It’s to honor the 50th anniversary of the late Wenty Ford as the first Bahamian to pitch in the Major League. The goal is to sponsor at least 50 kids in an afterschool program at no cost, where they will have academic tutoring and learn the fundamentals of a sporting discipline.
